Synaco Global Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious Advanced Scaffolder with tube and clip experience to join our team in the Northern Territory.

We are looking for someone with a solid understanding of scaffolding techniques, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' demonstrated experience with Tube & Clip and hold relevant High Risk Work Licences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble, dismantle, and maintain scaffolding structures in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, building plans, and safety guidelines to ensure scaffold stability and load-bearing capacity.
  • Inspect scaffolding regularly to confirm safety standards and report any hazards or damages.
  • Coordinate with other trades and site personnel to ensure smooth project flow and safe working conditions.
  • Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow company safety protocols at all times.
  • Maintain accurate records of scaffolding structures, inspections, and any necessary adjustments.
