About the Opportunity
We are looking for a Part-Time Administration Rostering Coordinator to join our dynamic team at one of Securecorp’ s major sites in the Melbourne CBD.
Key Responsibilities
As our new Rostering Coordinator, you will:
- Manage administrative tasks, including calls, emails, and database management
- Compliance Management
- Collaborate with managers to ensure smooth operations
- Coordinate and manage the rostering of a large team of security personnel
- Maintain and adjust rosters according to operational needs
- Prepare briefing notes and account actuals
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- Previous experience in rostering
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A security license (preferred but not mandatory)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and the capacity to work under pressure
- Demonstrated Ability to work within a team environment or autonomously
Work Schedule
Part-Time Hours: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
