About the role
Our Executive Office Team is seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Assistant to cover a 12-month period of maternity leave.
Your role will include day to day reporting and assistance to the General Manager of the Hospital and managing our credentialing system for our Visiting Medical Officers (VMO's)
As an Executive Assistant & Credentialing Officer your responsibilities will include:
- Perform a broad range of administration duties
- Management of the Executive Office desk & calls
- Efficient and Accurate Management of Executive diaries and appointments
- Efficient and accurate management of VMO credentialing - training will be provided in this area
- Management of Hospital feedback systems
- Coordinate with staff from other departments
- Assist Doctor on-site consulting rooms with enquiries
- Complete other clerical tasks such as data entry
Selection Criteria Essential:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
Desirable Selection Criteria:
- Experience with C-Gov desirable but not essential
- Experience in a Hospital, Medical, or Healthcare environment is highly desirable
