Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a hands-on experienced Senior  Business Analyst to join our team to play a key role in the implementation of the InEight project management software platform which will transform the way we operate.

Key responsibilities include:

Support the Change Manager in delivering the change, communicating, and training activities Assisting functional leads and functional teams to define business processes and support key users in shedding light on current business problems that need to be tackled Support design of the future state (e.g. facilitate alignment of processes across BU’s, challenge current processes where not aligned to solution)  Support the process where external systems/interfaces need to be linked to the construction management system and vice versa by specifying sources of data that need to be considered Assist end users with test cases for validating requirements have been met Preparation for go live by supporting handover to BAU activities Be a key point of escalation to resolve technical issues and support the wider team Manage interfaces between functions / modules and change impacts  Uphold guiding principles and decision-making matrix in relation to process change Assist and support functional teams with facilitating design discussions/workshops and tracking and recording of issues, decisions etc Assist with development of training material / guidelines  Assist with development, and coordination of testing. Assist with identification of stakeholder groups, and impact assessments. Assist and support the updating of business processes and documentation to reflect future state.

What you will bring:

Minimum 3+ years experience in a Business Analyst position with strong ERP implementation experience Tertiary qualifications preferred in a Business, Technology, Science or Engineering field, or equivalent career experience Experience in full life cycle delivery with experience in ERP scale systems implementation projects, and in particular, experience with implementation of the InEight platform is highly desirable Relevant industry experience is preferred but not essential Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with internal customers Critical thinking skills combined with a "think outside the box" mindset Autonomous, solutions-focused individual with a team-orientated approach A high level of resilience and demonstrated change management capability, taking ownership for driving outcomes. A strong ability to manage internal customer relationships, along with excellent written and presentation skills The ability to challenge and positively influence others in a constructive and professional manner Excellent facilitation skills and the ability to design & lead engaging, results-focused workshops The ability to analyse and visualise data, and an interest in systems development Experience applying Business Improvement methodologies such as Lean, Agile or Design Thinking A high degree of professionalism at all times Flexible working arrangements will be considered for the right candidate
