The Business Analyst will achieve successful outcomes through the application of robust methodologies to support the identification and analysing improvements to business processes, electronic system developments, corporate information management, associated workflows and customer service delivery.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Developed understanding of ‘Business Analysis Body of Knowledge’ (BABoK) or equivalent qualifications, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Having an understanding of Project Management methodologies and processes is highly desirable.
  • Knowledgeable in the Microsoft 365 applications suite with advanced computer skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and work with others, or independently with minimal guidance or direction, to ensure Digital and business projects and operational enhancements are delivered on time and within robust project and change frameworks.
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal with the ability to articulate and explain complex situations into easy to understand language; and
  • Use a range of engagement styles to sustain positive working relationships with diverse individuals and stakeholder groups; and
  • Capturing of information through visual models, such as work-flow diagrams, user needs analysis and / or wireframe prototypes; and
  • Ability to gain cooperation between various stakeholders through negotiation, persuasion and influencing; and
  • Ability to facilitate working meetings, ask good questions and listen to the answers; and
  • Attention to detail and accuracy with strong evaluation and critical thinking skills with the ability to look at the big picture and not be single focused; and
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver user training
