Requirements

Role: Business Analyst

Location: Perth Only

Open for Permanent or Fixed Term Contract

Highly desirable candidate would have:

  • 10+ years of experience in energy and utilities domains as business analyst
  • Sound understanding of Business Analysis principles and techniques
  • Experienced in working in transformational programs for utilities sector
  • Experience in developing business cases, documenting business processes, facilitating workshops with clients from various levels (Senior Management to operational users)
  • Hands on with Agile Methodologies and able to use Jira, Confluence, MS Visio, Excel, and other Office Tools
  • Experience in working directly with the business stakeholders to identify the business problem, the opportunities and document the business requirements in a concise way to the agreed standards.
  • Experience in agile was of working with teams/customers located in different locations
  • User story creation
  • Logical and analytical mindset

Preferrable skills:

  • Experience in business capabilities related to customer management
  • Certified business analyst
