The role

We are currently looking for motivated and hands on Storeperson/Trade Assistant to join our busy Workshop in Kalgoorlie, WA. Reporting to the Workshop Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • General stock room housekeeping and maintenance.

  • Conduct yearly stock takes.

  • Maintain order and inventory control.

  • Receiving, receipting, pick, pack and dispatch of spare parts and materials.

  • Preparation of shipping documentation and dispatch.

  • Forklift operation.

  • Assist Service Technicians as required (basic assembly and disassembly, painting, sandblasting etc.).

Your profile

  • Strong focus on safety.

  • Proactive, self-motivated and demonstrate initiative.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Class C Manual Driver’s License.

  • Computer literacy.

  • Mechanical experience/background is desirable.

  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, reference checks, police checks and regular onsite drug & alcohol testing.
