Hydraulic Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled Centre Technician to join our team at our Kalgoorlie Service Centre. As a Centre Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service to our customers, providing solutions to their needs, and building strong relationships with a diverse range of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the daily operation of the Hose Service Centre
- Learn and master hose assembly, machine/weld, and pipe-bending procedures
- Assist customers with their needs at the counter and over the phone
- Pick up and deliver goods as required
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of customer service principles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to carry out instructions and work independently
- Knowledge of the industry or similar type
- Trade certificate is an advantage but not essential
- Ability to operate machinery, use tools, and measuring devices
- Possess a current driver's license - ability to drive manual is essential
- Be computer literate and have good literacy and numeracy skills
- Well-presented and groomed
- Strong work ethic and pride in workmanship
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Desire to be a team player
- Live within a reasonable distance to the business
- Understanding of WHS and Safe Work Practices
- Maintain neat and tidy dress and appearance in line with Pirtek Dress Code Policy
