About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team in Kalgoorlie, working on a FIFO (fly-in, fly-out) 8 days on, 6 days off roster from Perth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining Onsite assets on our customer sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform mechanical inspections, servicing, diagnostics, and repairs across our product range in the field and in the workshop as required.
  • Ensure all required paperwork is completed and submitted in full and on time.
  • Assist in monitoring reliability and equipment readiness for hire at branch level.
  • Inspect equipment upon return and immediately report any customer equipment damage to your manager to allow costs to be captured or recouped.
  • Clean equipment in preparation for hire.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers and suppliers.
Requirements
  • A mechanical trade qualification.
  • Sound mechanical knowledge and diagnostic skills.
  • Ability to work effectively out in the field as well as in the branch workshop.
  • Driver's License.
