THE COMPANY:
Located at Taren Point, this reputable import and distribution company are seeking an additional team member in their customer service department.
Working with a small team you will find this a busy yet challenging role.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Attending to client enquiries via email and phone
- Entering customer orders and create picking slips and invoices for warehouse
- Following up with warehouse personnel in relation to sending goods to customers
- Responding to customer requests for pricing and stock/product enquiries or delivery requests
- Liaising with internal and external staff including other associated companies customers with relevant information within the required time frame and in accordance with company policy
- Internal sales reporting
- Raising quotes for Sales team when needed
- Maintain and update the customer database
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 years experience in customer service and data entry
- MS Office experience
- Excellent writing & verbal communication skills
- Ability to coordinate & communicate information effectively
- Ability to build strong customer relationships
- High attention to detail
- Friendly, dynamic personality
Salary: $65-68K + Super (Perm) - $36.31/hour + Super (Temp)
Hours: 8.30 am - 5 pm Monday to Friday
Work Type: Temp to Perm
