Access Hire Darwin is a leading supplier of hire equipment, including an extensive range of elevated work platforms, access equipment and an ever expanding product range that includes forklifts and lithium battery electric products, for both hire and sale.

A specialist division of Access Group Australia, Access Hire has continued to be the most trusted hire companies in the area, with a strong brand presence and reputation in the industry.

We are expanding our services and looking for a Business Development Manager to join the team at our Winnellie branch. The key focus of this role will be the establishment of new accounts and increasing awareness of our brand, available services and product range in the Northern Territory market. 

The ideal candidate will be a NT local and a hunter, someone who is hungry and loves a challenge. The ability to absorb technical knowledge will come naturally and they will be driven by results. On top of our generous base salary, you will be rewarded with lucrative uncapped commission arrangements allowing for unlimited earning potential. 

Other responsibilities of this role will include;

  • Identifying new business opportunities and potential revenue streams.
  • Establishing yourself as an industry client solution partner.
  • Driving revenue growth to meet and exceed agreed-upon targets on a monthly and annual basis.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Spending time in the field by conducting customer site visits that strengthen business relationships.

  • Mechanical or Technical aptitude will be viewed favourably

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong motivation to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

  • Current driver's license.
