The Role

Reporting to the Branch Manager and based in Darwin, the Business Development Managerwill innovate our market offerings, aiming for profitable growth in VAE Sales in the North Territory, in alignment with our annual budgets, sales plan, and target clients.

Some of the key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Maximise sales potential from existing clients and services
  • Ownership of major project sales opportunities and local NT client relationships
  • Target and compete in specific market segments for special projects
  • Maintain your involvement in the bid/no bid process for major project sales
  • Prepare accurate and timely sales estimates
  • Deliver high-quality bid submissions focused on customer pain points and value
  • Liaise with the National estimation and Sales Team / Design Managers in sales activities

  • Ability to understand and analyse profit & loss statements, project forecasts & project trends
