Mission

Reconnu comme leader sur le marché de la boulangerie premium à travers le monde, Bridor poursuit son développement en France et à l'international, comme en témoigne dernièrement l'acquisition de Pandriks aux Pays-Bas. Afin de soutenir la croissance de notre activité sur la zone, nous recherchons un Responsable technique (H/F), idéalement basé à Sydney avec des déplacements en Australie et en Nouvelle-Zélande. Sous la responsabilité du Sales Manager Pacific et en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe commerciale et technique de Bridor, vous serez un expert et un ambassadeur de la marque en utilisant les produits pour mettre en évidence leurs principaux avantages et leur qualité avec l'objectif de rendre nos solutions attrayantes pour les acheteurs et les utilisateurs finaux. 

Principales responsabilités : 

Mettre en place et former les clients et les membres de l'équipe sur les nouveaux produits et les produits existants. Etre attentif et soutenir les clients dans leurs demandes de résolution de problèmes, de formation, de problèmes de qualité. Démontrer et expliquer les solutions et les produits aux clients et aux prospects afin de stimuler l'activité de Bridor dans la région. Aider l'équipe à s'assurer que tous les événements et présentations sont parfaitement réalisés et conformes aux directives et normes de Bridor. Préparer et modifier le contenu des présentations pour cibler un public spécifique et sélectionner les produits en conséquence Créer et animer un solide réseau de professionnels (chefs, F&B, utilisateurs) dans la région. Organiser et gérer son emploi du temps en fonction des besoins de l'équipe.

Profil

De formation en boulangerie ou pâtisserie, vous avez une première expérience en tant que boulanger ou pâtissier ou conseiller technique dans l'industrie agroalimentaire, idéalement pour des marques gastronomiques et/ou renommées.

Dynamique et autonome, vous êtes reconnu pour vos qualités relationnelles, votre pédagogie et votre capacité à planifier et organiser votre travail.
