Job Overview:

Randstad Geelong is seeking several reliable and flexible Casual Relief Admin officers & Receptionists to offer front desk support and help with various administrative tasks.

The hours for this role may vary, ranging from 1-2 days per week, or short-term assignments, depending on client requirements for administrative cover.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately

- Welcome and assist visitors

- Manage mail, emails, and other correspondence

- Handle essential administrative duties such as document management and data processing.

- Support additional duties as required

Qualifications:

- Experience in a receptionist or administrative role, with experience in the NFP or medical reception sector being highly desirable

- Excellent communication and organisational skills

- Ability to quickly adjust to different environments

- Proficient in Microsoft Office
