About the Role:

Join our team of 15 Physiotherapists delivering assessment, treatment and discharge planning across a range of caseloads including acute medical and general surgical, orthopaedics, ICU, rehabilitation, women’s and men’s health and maternity.

Our team prides itself on exceeding Ramsay’s high standard of care with a professional and positive attitude by creating a friendly, caring and comfortable environment for our patients.

You must bring:

  • A bachelor or post-graduate degree in Physiotherapy with Current Authority to Practice as a Physiotherapist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Experience working in a hospital setting (essential)
  • Demonstrated commitment to quality improvement and evidence-based practice.
  • Demonstrated effective written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a member of a multidisciplinary team in an acute healthcare setting.

About the Hospital

St Andrew’s Ipswich Private Hospital is a 203-bed acute and rehabilitation hospital. Founded in 1909, St Andrew’s maintains focus on growing our offering to the local community and prioritising excellence in patient-centred care.

Construction on a new comprehensive cancer and renal centre has been recently completed, and a redesign of our rehabilitation services, including a new day rehabilitation and outpatient facility located in proximity off-site, has expanded the opportunities available for allied health practitioners.

Requirements

  • Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
