Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Post Producer to join our team at Prodigious in Sydney. In this role you would be partnering with the Leadership Team, Executive Producer and Operations Lead to ensure that Prodigious’s internal and external craft production, workflow and resourcing is seamless and the optimum level of craft is upheld at all times. 

Day to day in this role you’ll get to:

Collaborate with our internal team of technical brains, creatives, artists to drive the team and craft workflow process for our clients, suppliers and Publicis Groupe agencies. 

Oversee and drive all post production campaigns and projects end-to-end. 

Developing and refining project concepts in partnership with the creative team of writers, directors, designers and artists while providing creative input throughout the post production process.

Build strong and lasting agency, stakeholder and supplier relationships to maintain the highest quality production standards.

Showcase your suburb organisation and communication techniques to oversee and direct all capacity planning, resourcing and financial management for all post production jobs. 

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has/is:

Minimum 5 years' experience in post production, either in a creative agency or at post production houses. 

A people leader who is excited about guiding and developing a team of experienced artists. 

Excellent organisational techniques, acute attention to detail, and a key eye for craft all come naturally to you.

You enjoy partnering with your clients, suppliers and stakeholders and value building strong and lasting relationships. 

Agile, calm and considered, you are solutions driven in a world of ever-changing priorities. 

You are well versed and experienced in your knowledge of post production processes including video, sound and motion graphics, alongside VFX, CGI and finishing pipelines. 

This role is full-time/part-time negotiable
