The Junior Producer is responsible for day to day production activities and dealing with commercial production studios, editorial companies; knowledgeable in bidding, pre-production, shooting, recording and editing. May have client contact.

Job Description:
The Junior Producer in HavasHost will play a key role in supporting the agency’s TV, content and integrated production function, helping to drive

production excellence at Host/Havas. This role will work alongside Broadcast and Integrated Production Leads as part of the wider Host/Havas team.

A key part of this role is the training and development support you will receive from senior members of the team. It is expected that your skill,

knowledge and experience levels will grow very quickly as a key department member in this dynamic and highly performing environment. While the role

includes tasks supporting the existing team, you will also be responsible for your own projects, which will grow in scale and complexity over time.

The production team at HavasHost is engaged to produce a large variety of projects including TVC’s, online content, social media content, photographic

stills, events and activations, installations, audio and animation. As a member of this team, you will have the opportunity to work across this range of

projects. As a team member in an integrated Agency Village model, there will be opportunities to work across the other agencies as required.

This role will involve time spent on film shoots and in off-site post-production sessions. This will form a key element of your development process, to

observe and to learn. You will also work closely with the HavasHost Designers and Studio team, Account Service and Creatives, as well as external

partners including production companies, post production partners and audio production houses. Your focus will be ensuring projects are delivered on
- time, on-budget and are of the highest quality
