Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the performance of warehouse team members to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Perform a range of warehouse duties including picking, packing, and labelling of goods.
  • Utilise inventory management systems for accurate stock tracking.
  • Safely operate warehouse equipment to fulfil client orders efficiently.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and ensure smooth operations.

About you:

  • Prior experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or Warehouse Team Leader is required.
  • Must have current and valid forklift licence.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to teamwork.
  • Confidence in using technology and understanding of WMS systems
  • Great communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Successful candidates will be required to undergo a medical examination and a police check upon commencement.
