Key Responsibilities:- Receive and process incoming stock, adhering to company procedures and guidelines.
- Transfer stock to designated storage areas, maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency.
- Pick stock and organize it in the assigned picking lanes, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders.
- Conduct cycle counts as required, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues.
- Assist in other areas of the business as directed by Supervisors or Managers, including cleaning, receiving, returns, dispatch, and administration.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team to develop and implement improved and safer procedures, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
- Foster positive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Embrace teamwork to achieve common goals, demonstrating a proactive and positive attitude.
- Continuously strive to improve processes to maximize efficiency, identifying opportunities for growth and development.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all WH&S policies and procedures.
- Ensure timely reporting of all incidents/injuries, near misses, and hazards to the DC Manager.
- Safely handle products in accordance with provided safety and handling induction/training.
- Valid LO license is a must, LF license preferred.
- Prior warehouse experience is mandatory, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
- Experience handling appliances, furniture, or large bulky items is preferred but not required.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and proficient in safe manual handling practices.
- Meticulous attention to detail is essential, with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Proven ability to multitask effectively, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
- Excellent teamwork skills, with a strong ability to communicate and collaborate with colleagues.
- Strong communication abilities, with a focus on clear and concise communication.
- Possesses a proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Permanent full-time Sunday - Thursday, 3:00pm - 11:00pm.
