Our client, the world’s largest online therapy platform, is expanding their reach into Australia. They are looking for licensed mental health therapists and counsellors who are seeking fulltime or part time flexible and remote work opportunities.

  • Competitive Compensation Estimated annual earnings range of $26,000 AUD and $134,000+ AUD** that is paid hourly for someone who works 10 to 40 30 hours on the platform each week all year. 

Estimated earnings are not guaranteed and assume 52 working weeks in a year; actual earnings may vary due to factors such as caseload, and client engagement on the platform and conversion rates.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ experience required
  • Your own ABN or willingness to obtain one

Qualifications:

  • ACA = Level 3 or 4 membership
  • PACFA = Clinical membership
  • AASW = Accredited Social Worker, Accredited Mental Health Social Workers, Clinical Social Worker
  • AHPRA = General registration -- Psychologist profession
  • APS = Clinical Psychology or Counselling Psychologist member

Requirements:

  • Counsellors must be members of the Australian Counselling Association (Level 3 or Level 4), Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (Clinical Membership), Australian Association of Social Workers (Accredited Social Workers or Clinical Social Workers), or Australian Psychological Society (Clinical Psychologist or Counselling Psychologist)
  • 3 years of experience counselling adults.
  • A private environment for conducting sessions.
  • Excellent written communication.
  • Must have professional liability insurance.
  • Must pass a background check.
  • Reliable Internet connection.
