Rehabilitation Consultant – Health Advocate

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage a moderately-sized caseload of Workplace Health clients proactively
- Focus on achieving quality outcomes and results
- Conduct vocational assessments and provide counselling services
- Attend case conferences and collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate return-to-work outcomes
- Build strong relationships with clients and generate repeat referrals
- Contribute to a multi-disciplinary team environment
- The option to provide clinical treatment as part of the role (for psychologists)
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- AHPRA-registered Psychologist (provisional or full) or ASORC/RCAA-accredited Rehabilitation Counsellor
- At least one year of experience in Workplace Rehabilitation
- A confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Energetic and positive, with a passion for making a difference in people's lives
- A valid driver's license and access to a car
