Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage a moderately-sized caseload of Workplace Health clients proactively
  • Focus on achieving quality outcomes and results
  • Conduct vocational assessments and provide counselling services
  • Attend case conferences and collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate return-to-work outcomes
  • Build strong relationships with clients and generate repeat referrals
  • Contribute to a multi-disciplinary team environment
  • The option to provide clinical treatment as part of the role (for psychologists)

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • AHPRA-registered Psychologist (provisional or full) or ASORC/RCAA-accredited Rehabilitation Counsellor
  • At least one year of experience in Workplace Rehabilitation
  • A confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Energetic and positive, with a passion for making a difference in people's lives
  • A valid driver's license and access to a car
