· Emails – responding to all relevant emails regarding participant queries from admin, invoicing, scheduling, billing, service agreements and roster of care updates.
·Working ALONG SIDE OUR admin team with regards to participant and employee related queries.
· Support Staff check in- resending to texts from participants family members or staff. Checking in with staff who are on shift if they have attended and confirming with rosters.
· Provider report follow up – working alongside manager to complete any outstanding reports from the community.
· Liaising with allied health providers that support participants
· Individual support Plans- completing participant support plans or updating information in the plan. (every 6months)
· Employee contracts- setting up interview- onboarding staff and sending relevant documents- following up with relevant Documentation (driver’s license, clearances, qualifications)- onboarding onto BRIGHTHR (sending follow up email on how to be onboarding) - adding to rosters.
· Rosters- Creating community rosters and assigning shifts to appropriate personal.
· Timesheets- retrieving rosters from BRIGHTHR and timesheets for SC and processing hours in timesheet. Confirming and emailing timesheet on Wednesday
