In this pivotal role, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Oversee all aspects of the company’s operational functions and financial results for the State of Victoria.
- Utilizing your strong team management skills in creating a healthy and productive work environment.
- Working closely with the Groups General Manager on operational and process improvement opportunities.
- Utilize your commercial and financial acumen to drive profitability and identify opportunities for growth.
- Working closely with and mentoring your Sales, Installation and Operational reports to ensure strong client relationships, a quality product and service and ensuring total customer satisfaction.

The ideal applicant will be able to demonstrate most or all of the following selection criteria:

- Proven experience in a senior operational role, ideally within the Signage, Manufacturing or Printing industries.
- Excellent team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse workforce.
- Strong commercial and financial understanding, with a track record of driving profitability.
- Customer oriented mindset, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- A confident and professional presence, with a strong work ethic and dedication to going above and beyond.
- Demonstrated IT literacy, with proficiency in relevant software and systems.
- Experience in a small to-medium enterprise (SME) environment preferred.
