About the Opportunity:
We are currently on the look-out for Venue Managers, Restaurant Managers, Assistant Managers, Supervisors and Bar Managers to join our growing team, across all venues
If you've experience in day-to-day venue/shift management and you're looking for your next challenge, we would love to speak to you
  
Main Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a best-in-class experience for both our guests and crew
  • You will ensure a high standard of service and restaurant operations
  • Execute admin responsibilities such as rostering crew members
  • Assist with achieving business targets

Experience, Skills & Attributes:

  • Restaurant or bar management/supervisory experience
  • Exemplary leadership with focus on staff development
  • Exceptional service skills and guest focus
  • Solid understanding of management practices
  • Highly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressure service periods
  • Proven ability in building effective relationships
  • Organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation
