About the Opportunity:

LUCAS Restaurants is embarking on a significant period of growth, with a number of new restaurants opening in the next 3-12 months

To facilitate this, we are on the look-out for an industry leading General Manager to join the group and deliver a best-in-class experience for both our guests and crew.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Demonstrated experience as a General Manager in either a premium dining environment
  • Exemplary leadership with a strong focus on the crew experience
  • Strong understanding of management and restaurant compliance practices
  • Demonstrated experience in leading high-performing teams and exceeding targets
  • Business acumen and strong understand of financials
  • Highly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressured service periods
  • Proven ability in building effective relationships
  • Organisational and time management skills
  • Experience with Riteq (or similar Time & Attendance system), H&L, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Exceptional communication and presentation
  • Available and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
