Responsibilities:

  • Corporate month end and reporting, including posting journals, variance analysis and providing commentary.
  • Fixed asset management in particular for corporate head office and reporting on Group Fixed Asset spend and Preparation of Consolidated Property, Plant & Equipment Note.
  • Management of IT time sheet system and costs.
  • Processing and administration of company credit cards, including monthly reporting and posting monthly journals.
  • Administrating of ERP including coordinating monthly closings.
  • Prepare monthly Balance sheet reconciliations.

Experience:

  • 2-4 years of accounting and finance experience.
  • CA/CPA qualification close to or complete.
  • Experience within month end, financial reporting or prepare budgets and forecasts ideal.
  • Experience within Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage.
