This is a full time “in office” role based on the Gold Coast.
  
You will play a key role in supporting our marketing team and ensuring the seamless execution of our marketing initiatives. In this role, you will:
  
* Assist with Product Launches:  Help coordinate the process of launching new products, making sure everything is ready for a successful debut.
* Customer Engagement: Support the development and implementation of strategies that engage our customers across various channels, including email, social media, and our online store.
* Brand Vision: Work alongside our creative and marketing teams to help bring our brand vision to life through effective campaigns and messaging.
  
Key Responsibilities
  
* Campaign Support: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across different platforms, including Shopify, Meta, and EDM’s.
* Content Collaboration: Work with the creative team to develop content that resonates with the audience and enhances brand image.
* Shopify Management: Help manage the backend of the Shopify store to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.
* Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with different teams, including sales and product development, to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.
* Data and Reporting: Assist in gathering and analyzing data to measure campaign success and identify areas for improvement.
* Creative Input: Bring your ideas to the table and contribute to brainstorming sessions for new marketing initiatives.
  
Skills and experience
  
* Enthusiastic and Eager to Learn: You have a passion for marketing and are excited to grow and develop your skills in a dynamic environment.
* Team Player: You enjoy working with others and are committed to contributing to a collaborative team environment.
* Experience: You have some experience in e-commerce, ideally with Shopify, and are familiar with social media and email marketing.
* Interest in Fashion: You have an interest in fashion, particularly country style, and are excited about contributing to a brand that celebrates this aesthetic.
* You have previous experience in retail marketing and understand the go to market strategy for new product launches.
* Qualification in marketing or relevant marketing experience
