Job Title: Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team at Seven West Media. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in providing administrative and sales support to our sales team, ensuring seamless communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

About the Role:
  • Provide sales support and administration to the sales team, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Assist in preparing internal sales revenue reports and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Support the preparation and presentation of quality advertising proposals and presentations for clients.
  • Process customer proposals, bookings, enquiries, and other sales information in a timely manner.
  • Record client bookings, amendments, and cancellations daily, ensuring scheduling deadlines are met.
  • Sources data and market intel for analysis purposes.
  • Represent Seven West Media in the market among clients and agencies.
About You:
  • You have customer-facing or sales-related experience, preferably in a media or advertising environment.
  • You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey ideas effectively.
  • You have a strong attention to detail and accuracy when completing data entry and administrative duties.
  • You are organized, proactive, and able to meet deadlines consistently.
  • A Bachelor's degree or diploma in marketing, media, advertising, or business-related subjects is preferred but not essential.
