: The ACT Emergency Services Agency (ESA) ACT Ambulance Service (ACTAS) is seeking an experienced and skilled project manager, preferably with previous experience in an allied health management environment.This role is a new non-clinical position in the ACTAS, created to support the continued implementation and management of our Secondary Triage System (STS). The secondary triage system is a system that has been designed to assist the ACT Ambulance Service to manage lower acuity cases over the phone, by a qualified Paramedic Clinician, and refer the case to the appropriate medical care outside of the emergency setting if deemed suitable.
The role will sit within the Operations team, reporting to the Operations Manager – Communications, working closely alongside the Clinical Governance Unit. As the Integrated Care Coordinator you will work within a team of clinical and non-clinical staff.
There are a number of key aspects to this role:
·You will need to develop and manage diverse stakeholder relationships; liaise and maintain existing connections and engage with new external stakeholders to assist with the delivery of the Secondary Triage System (STS).
·Provide strategic and administrative oversight of the STS, coordination of training, auditing and system reviews to support user roles and tasks.
·Produce high quality governance documents; such as project briefs, executive presentations and comprehensive project documentation. This includes statistical analysis using either MS Office suite and/or PowerBi.
·Prepare, identify, develop and maintain referral pathways for patients being referred through the STS.

Eligibility/Other Requirements:
Experience in allied health project management and/or other relevant project experience is highly desirable. Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office suite of products and/or Power BI is highly desirable. A current Class C driver’s licence - essential A current AHPRA Paramedic Registration is highly desirable. Must have a current Working with Vulnerable People registration.Notes: This is a temporary position available immediately for 12 months with the possibility of permanency. A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months. Selection may be based on application and referee reports only.
