Digital Business Analyst

The Role
The digital business analyst will be working alongside our digital product squads to define and eliver the overall customer experience by being customer-centric and partnering with technology and the business.
High levels of collaboration within the squads and stakeholders are key to the success of this role. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Collaborate to develop customer journey maps to articulate customer problems and opportunities to create new innovative customer experiences. Work closely with Product Owner and wider business to shape near term roadmap. Run discovery session with stakeholders. Work closely with cross functional teams like Sales, Marketing, Operations and Risk functions to identify customer pain points and opportunities and deliver value. Influence through great storytelling, allow for personal experiences and user experience as the underpinnings for the why and how of delivering benefits.About you
Digital experience with customer facing products as a business analyst. Agile experience including leading refinement sessions. Understanding how to collaborate with product owners to understand requirements and capture user stories. Analytical with an ability to understand and interpret data.
