  • Permanent Position
  • Hybrid Role: 3 Days onsite in North Sydney
  • $150K - $160K + super + discretionary bonus

About the Role:

Be instrumental in defining and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Collaborate with business and tech teams to prioritize customer satisfaction.

  • Product Requirements & Documentation (40%): Develop customer journey maps, collaborate with Product Owner, shape roadmap, create prototypes, gather business requirements, and ensure business goals alignment.
  • Process Facilitation (30%): Lead discovery sessions, identify pain points and opportunities with cross-functional teams, ensure seamless delivery with strong stakeholder engagement.
  • Product Development Lifecycle (20%): Utilize storytelling to guide product development, facilitate effective communication, review and test user stories, and assist in product testing.
  • Leadership (10%): Cultivate positive relationships across the organization, comprehend enterprise assets.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree with extensive product management knowledge
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst in customer-facing projects
  • Digital expertise in B2C or B2B customer-facing products
  • Agile experience, including leading refinement sessions
  • Experience collaborating with Product Owners to grasp requirements and define user stories
  • Collaboration with UX/UI designers
  • Strong analytical abilities to synthesize data from various sources
  • Financial services background, engaging with various stakeholder groups such as IT Security, Compliance, and Risk teams
  • Conducting Discovery workshops
  • Ability to influence business outcomes through exceptional communication skills
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment, delivering customer and business value
  • Thorough knowledge of Agile methodologies and principles
