Talenza has been engaged by a niche financial services provider to source a strong Senior Digital Business Analyst.

Are you passionate about leveraging technology to drive business growth and innovation? We're seeking a skilled Senior Digital Business Analyst to join a dynamic team on a 12-month day rate contract basis. As a crucial liaison between our business stakeholders and development teams, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the digital landscape of the organization.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in a digital or technology-focused environment.
  • Prior digital project delivery within financial services is a must
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working closely with development teams, familiarity with Agile methodologies is preferred.
  • API experience would be high advantageous
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field is preferred.
  • IIBA certifications preferred

Contract length: 6 months with likely extension or option to convert to permanent
Location: This position is based Sydney and candidates must have full work rights. Office attendance 2 days per week
Rate:$875-$920 + super (based on experience)
