As Juniper’s People and Culture Manager, you will lead and inspire our P&C team, driving engagement and partnering effectively across all levels of the organisation. Acting as a subject matter expert, you will provide strategic advice and support on all employee-related matters to the Leadership Management Team (LMT). Your role will be pivotal in shaping our organisational culture and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the P&C team to engage meaningfully with the organisation, role modelling effective partnering and communication. Develop and manage the P&C budget and related activities. Ensure compliance with awards, agreements, and employment conditions. Promote early resolution of workplace issues through grievance and settlement procedures. Stay updated on changes in legislation and ER/IR laws, ensuring organisational compliance. Support complex grievance, complaints, and performance cases, ensuring well-considered recommendations. Manage negotiations with unions and employees regarding industrial activity and Enterprise Agreements. Oversee performance management, disciplinary, termination, and redundancy procedures. Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and best practices. Develop and facilitate employee relations-based training to equip leaders with necessary skills. Partner with management to design and lead workforce planning, addressing succession planning, workforce development, retention, change management, and job design.As a seasoned HR professional, you ideally have experience working in mid to large-sized organizations. You thrive on the challenges that come with managing people during times of organizational change and growth, and you're not afraid to bring your ideas to the table. In your career to date, you will be able to point to a track record of:
A Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Employment/Industrial Relations, or related business management discipline Extensive knowledge of relevant legislation, industrial relations, HR, and contemporary workforce management issues. Demonstrated experience as a Senior HR Business Partner or Human Resources Manager with proven capacity to lead operations with expertise across a range of human resources, organisational and cultural change programs. Demonstrated high level of professionalism in the confidential management of all organisational, client and employee information. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the proven ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organisation. Demonstrated experience leading investigation, mediation and successful resolution of performance issues, grievances, and other matters.Apply Now
