Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for all guests.
  • Manage, train, and motivate a diverse team of staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Implement and maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Monitor and control inventory, ordering supplies as needed to ensure efficient operations.
  • Analyse financial reports and budgets to optimize profitability and manage costs effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and licensing requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Mexican cuisine and a passion for culinary excellence.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Must have flexible availability to assist in fulfilling busy weekends and weeknights and RSA
