Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Adelaide. As a Project Manager (Building Infrastructure), you will oversee and manage various construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage building infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, contractors, and consultants to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Prepare progress reports and documentation.

Preferred Background:

  • Experience in building and construction projects within a Government capacity
  • Background in an engineering discipline or architecture.
  • Knowledge of indenture building trades or similar industry experience.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in engineering, architecture, or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management within the construction industry.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
