They are looking for an immediately available temporary resource to join their empowering team of 10 HR professionals.
Job Description
Your role will include, but not limited to:
- Coordinate HR strategies aligned with the company's overall goals.
- Manage the HR inbox for all tier-1 enquiries.
- Assist with performance management procedures.
- Oversee employee record-keeping and ensure compliance with relevant laws.
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics.
- Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will be have:
- Prior experience in a similar HR role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong understanding of HR practices and employment legislation.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
