**Skills/Qualifications/Experience**:

- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail and high level of confidentiality

**General**:

- Attend weekly meetings with the HR Manager and team
- Collaborate with company departments and partners
- Ensure compliance with Occupational, Health & Safety regulations
- Building and Department Security pass access without pin code
