About the role

Join Coles Group as a Senior Manager in Digital Strategy & Delivery, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital ecosystem. You will lead the development of innovative strategic initiatives and explore new business opportunities, employing analytical problem-solving to address key strategic challenges. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll define and communicate digital product strategies, acting as a trusted thought partner to stakeholders. Additionally, you will oversee portfolio management for the Digital Function, ensuring effective prioritization, product retrospectives, and performance reporting. About you and your skills

  • 8+ years’ experience post degree
  • Proven experience in complex analytical problem solving (e.g. hypothesis based problem solving)
  • Experience in strategic consulting, investment banking, private equity, product management or corporate development
  • Experience presenting to senior business stakeholders and creating board level presentations
  • Digital product / Portfolio management experience
  • Experience leading Digital and/or Agile Transformation
  • Experience managing and developing high performing teams

You'll also have

  • Ideally Bachelor of Commerce, Finance, Engineering or equivalent qualification
  • MBA or similar business qualification an advantage
  • Financial modelling experience
  • Excellent communication skills; the ability to convey complex analysis results clearly and with conviction to all levels of stakeholders
