About the Role
Coles Group is seeking a highly skilled Digital Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our core eCommerce journey. As a key member of our Digital Product Team, you will be responsible for driving innovation and delivering exceptional customer experiences across our web and app platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategy and roadmap for the eCommerce journey, ensuring alignment with Coles' Accelerated by Digital strategy.
- Partner with key stakeholders to establish strategy and ensure seamless integration across web and app platforms.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale customer-focused initiatives, leveraging advanced analytical skills to track and optimise customer experience metrics, KPIs, and OKRs.
- Collaborate with product managers to ensure a seamless, integrated user experience across web and app platforms.
About You
We're looking for a highly experienced Digital Product Manager with a strong background in digital retail experience, advanced analytical skills, and proficiency in digital product management tools and methodologies.
