**About the role**:
As our Strategy Manager, you will be a key driver in shaping Coles’ digital success. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and senior executives, you will be responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive digital strategy that enhances our online presence, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role that requires collaboration with Chief Executives and General Managers across Technology, Digital, and Merchandise.

Reporting to the Head of Digital Strategy and Business Development, you will also build and develop a strategy team to drive the success of our digital products and eCommerce operations.

**You will be**:

- Making a significant impact on our digital transformation journey and helping shape the future of retail in Australia
- Working with senior stakeholders across business units to create an aligned digital strategy and executing key strategic initiatives
- Solving complex problems with product teams and creating tactical product strategy
- Building and leading a high performing strategy team, providing coaching from graduates to our Strategy Business Partners

**You'll need**:

- Experience in management consulting, investment banking, product strategy or retail strategy
- Experience building and managing high performing teams
- Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, and emerging technologies
- Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to develop financial models and strategic frameworks
- Experience owning large strategic projects and workstreams
- Experience writing or contributing to board level presentations and reports
- Experience presenting to senior business stakeholders
