What you’ll do?
The Service Centre Customer Liaison is the first point of contact for a variety of different callers and enquiries to the business. Working closely with the National Service Centre team and the NSW Service team to achieve service excellence via email, web live chat and phone calls.
- Greet all visitors and callers that contact reception, assist them with general enquiries.
- Direct all requests to the appropriate business area.
- Assist the Service team with client engagement.
- Enter leads and opportunities into our CRM system
- Provide sales, service and marketing support and bookings
What you’ll bring?
- Previous experience in a receptionist role or similar position.
- Strong administrative skills and an excellent communicator.
- Be extremely proactive and able to show initiative.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Passion for the IT industry and a big team player.
What else do you need to apply?
- We want to learn more about you, therefore a relevant cover letter is required for your application to be considered
- Start within a 4-week time frame, ideally
- Travel on-site to our office in Alexandria.
- Must be an Australian resident available to work full time without restrictions
Compnow will provide and require all successful applicants to complete a current National Police Check as well as a new or updated state-based Working With Children Check.
