About Our Client
Our client is an iconic government body in the Inner suburbs of Melbourne, based close to public transport. They have been servicing Australian's across the country for over 200 years and continue to be one of the most reliable name's in the nation. They are seeking a reliable AR candidate to join their finance team as a temporary, and potentially long-term, fit.
Job Description
Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Drive timely invoicing & credit card payments
- Run reconciliations on a daily basis whilst maintaining strong communication with outlets across Australia
- Answer queries via phone and email
- Process receipts in line with company procedures
- Assisting with any other ADHOC duties required by the wider finance team.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will:
- Have strong experience (2-3 years) in the Accounts Receivable space, with demonstrated reconciliation experience.
- Be immediately available to start a temporary role.
- Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
