We’ve recently moved into our brand-new office in Collingwood, with expansive end-of-trip facilities (all shower amenities soaps & towels included), concierge services with dry-cleaning and parcel collection provided, and current building works for our very own Starbucks café on-site. We work on a hybrid model with 3 days in office, 2 from home.

Life as a Marketing and Digital Specialist

Reporting to the Head of Digital & Marketing and working closely alongside the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role within the Marketing & Digital team across all aspects of Marketing & Digital strategy including brand and customer communications and campaign planning/execution including social media and instore.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies
  • Collaboratively Plan, execute, and optimise marketing campaigns across various channels, including print, social media, email, search engine optimization (SEO), and search engine marketing (SEM)
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics
  • Create compelling and relevant content for digital and social channels
  • Manage content calendars and coordinate content creation with internal teams and external agencies.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to build brand presence and engage with the target audiences with ongoing community management.
  • Optimise website content and structure for search engines to improve organic visibility.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
  • Provide regular insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and for cross-business visibility
  • Manage and maintain product and marketing assets within the Starbucks Australia App environment
  • Manage product and promotions within the Uber and Starbucks ecommerce platform

About you

  • 3+ years of marketing experience including social media and digital channel management
  • Highly developed communications skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience within Retail, QSR or hospitality environment preferred
  • Passion for coffee, food and retail
