You’ll be supporting a diverse clientele from various industries and will work with a supportive and approachable leadership team that are never afraid to roll their sleeves up and dive in.

As a Level 3 Support Engineer, you'll be at the heart of the support team, collaborating closely with two visionary directors who lead by example. Here's what's in it for you:
•Dive into various client environments, exploring cutting-edge technologies.

•Build and nurture client relationships.
•Lead client projects, from system implementations to migrations.
•Provide guidance and support to the service desk team.
•Tackle complex issues head-on, identifying root causes and solutions.
•Manage relationships with third-party vendors and solution providers.

Your Skill Set:

The team is looking for a true tech enthusiast who thrives on tackling desktop, server, and networking challenges. Ideally, you've got prior Level 3 experience in a fast-paced MSP setting. Other attributes will include:
•Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship.
•Relevant IT qualifications (Microsoft, VMware, Cisco).
•Strong technical prowess with O365, Veeam, VMware/Hyper-V.
•Experience with Azure cloud technologies.
•Expertise in Windows Servers and Desktops.
•Polished communication skills with a friendly phone presence.
•Proactive and customer-centric work ethic.
