About this opportunity:

Join our dynamic team at Ericsson as a Solution Architect. In this pivotal role, you will be tasked with analyzing, designing, and developing commercially viable technical solutions in your respective technical domain. These solutions will be based on customer specifications and business needs. As Solution Architect, you will be responsible for creating both short- and long-term profitable business strategies for Ericsson. This will be accomplished by working closely with the team to translate customer needs and technology opportunities into detailed technical offerings, solutions, and proposals.

You will:

•    Participation in presales and delivery of services in the area of Network Design and Optimization (NDO) with focus towards RAN Transport and Connectivity
•    Customer solution development and stakeholder engagement
•    Collaboration with Global PDU/PLM teams, aligning proposed customer solutions with product strategy
•    Business-case and business priority feedback into PDU/PLM teams to meet future Customer requirements 
•    Key technical role in key deal proposals covering both Domestic and International opportunities
•    Identification of potential hardware / service sales offerings
•    Developing and leading product / feature introduction programs to facilitate sale and deployment
•    Test planning and management, test development and execution, operational documentation, issue tracking and resolution, field trial support.
•    Actively participating in knowledge transfer and experience sharing
•    Working to strict time schedules

The skills you bring:

•    Degree in Electrical, Electronics or Telecommunications Engineering, Physics or IT
•    Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in ICT Industry with experience in both service delivery and pre-sales
•    In-depth knowledge and expertise in the following areas:
•    Long-Haul DWDM, Packet Switching transport, Optical Network Design and Optimization
•    Ability to understand customer business objectives and link them to improvements in Network Performance and End User Experience as well as communicate, present and influence the C-Level by knowing the impact of any action/service to their business
•    Excellent communication skills
•    Strong troubleshooting skills
•    Work effectively as apart of diverse team in complex and demanding engagements
•    Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and deliver in challenging circumstances. Self-driven continuous learning
•    Result oriented with focus on customer satisfaction and project delivery. Customer care and high attention to quality is required
•    You must be passionate about sharing your knowledge and supporting the development of others
