**The Role**

As we form a more aligned but leaner Architecture and Governance capability to continually provide capability into our Value Streams, we have created a number of Solution Lead vacancies in the Technology, Strategy and Architecture team.

Reporting to the Principal Architect, the Solution Lead is responsible for leading the solution analysis and design activities, providing solution and technical leadership to their value stream technology teams.

To succeed in doing so, you will ensure that solution designs are well communicated and governed, within established architecture and technology guardrails.

Your role is broad and diverse. In your day-to-day, you provide solution and technical leadership within a squad, to support and guide the squads’ work in meeting both the operational and delivery needs of the value stream.

This means ensuring that the technology teams are delivering the right outcomes through effective solution design, planning and technology oversight.

**About You**

A seasoned Lead with 10+ years of experience, you come from a broad and diverse operational and delivery background with a focus on solutioning and providing technical leadership.

You are highly familiar with working within an agile enterprise environment, having managed various squads and delivered tangible outcomes.

Your technical knowledge spans across various technology stacks from front-end to digital and integration systems.

Lastly, you are a thinker and someone who continually challenges the status quo. Your strong understanding and knowledge in the principles of architectural rules will enable you to leverage on existing resources and technology assets to provide solutioning and resolve business issues.
