Expression of Interest | Project Deployment Lead and Talent Growth - 1 x Transport Solutions ANZ - 1 x Digital Solutions, Water, PPDS & Resources ANZ - 1 x Cities & Places, Strategic Consulting, Defence & Regional Security, Environmental Solutions ANZ As part of the Client Centric Operating Model a new role has been created for Project Deployment Lead & Talent Growth. As a key business leader you will report to one of the three Executive Directors of Operations (EDO) and will partner with the Directors of Operations, Section Leaders, Market Solutions Directors, Market Directors, Directors of Projects, and the Talent Acquisition team to drive strategic resourcing and capability delivery for our clients. You'll be a key driver of your Market Grouping's resourcing and capability, focusing on maximising utilization of the global talent pool (in particular GID) while breaking down resource silos within the business. By ensuring the right talent is deployed at the right time, you will support the growth of our business and provide outstanding career opportunities for our people. Your key objectives in the role will include: - Collaborate, network and partner across the business to influence and embed a cross PU/LOB mindset with a focus on maximising utilization of the global talent pool while breaking down resource silos within the business. - You will lead delivery against GID targets by setting projects up for success, mentoring and guiding teams through delivery (with regards to talent growth and deployment), capturing lessons learned, reporting and forecasting accurately and looking for improvement opportunities. - Working with Directors / leads and career partners using data available, perform talent gap analysis, develop future talent plans aligned with sector needs to include GID and global teams with a focus not only on the immediate needs but the future needs of the emerging markets. - Be an advocate and promoter of the consistent resource management tools (e3, Workforce Planner) to identify, collaborate, plan and assign resources as appropriate for both client billable activities and internally supported utilisation activities (solutions development, innovation, initiatives).
