Your contribution:

  • Expression of Interest | Project Deployment Lead and Talent Growth - 1 x Transport Solutions ANZ - 1 x Digital Solutions, Water, PPDS & Resources ANZ - 1 x Cities & Places, Strategic Consulting, Defence & Regional Security, Environmental Solutions ANZ. A new role has been established for Project Deployment Lead & Talent Growth as part of the Client Centric Operating Model.
  • As a crucial business figure, you will directly report to one of the three Executive Directors of Operations (EDO) and collaborate with various leaders and teams to enhance strategic resourcing and capability delivery for our clients.
  • You will play a vital role in optimizing your Market Grouping's talent and resources, focusing on leveraging the global talent pool and eliminating resource barriers within the organization.
  • By ensuring the right talent is deployed effectively, you will drive business growth and create exceptional career pathways for our employees.

Main objectives of the role:

  • Liaise, connect, and collaborate extensively across the business to instill a cross PU/LOB approach, emphasizing the efficient utilization of the global talent pool and eliminating resource constraints within the organization.
  • Enhance delivery performance against targets by preparing projects for success, guiding teams through execution, capturing insights, ensuring accurate reporting, and seeking opportunities for enhancement.
  • Conduct talent assessments with Directors / leads and career partners, devise talent development plans aligned with sector requirements, and focus on addressing both current and future talent needs.
  • Promote resource management tools and facilitate resource allocation for client projects and internal activities.
