The Project and Infrastructure Advisory Team are industryleaders in the planning and delivery of city and region shapinginfrastructure projects. Our team works with government and privateclients across a range of sectors including transport, precincts,telecommunications and regional economic development. Withunprecedented expenditure in infrastructure, our team needs to growto support our clients.

Your New Opportunity

We are currently searching for a Consultant to assist in thedelivery of important projects.  You will have the opportunityto work across policy and strategy, planning, business case andprogram/project management engagements for a diverse range ofinfrastructure projects in New South Wales.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Working as part of multi-disciplinary teams to delivery project strategy and assurance, planning and project/program management services;
  • Opportunities to undertake or learn business development activities including engaging with current and potential future clients and tracking potential engagement opportunities;
  • Development and implementation of engagement pursuit strategies, preparation of proposals and managing tender processes;
  • Sharing your awareness of the broader market environment and industry trends;
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients, project stakeholders, project partners and broader industry;
  • Contributing to team planning, development and maintenance of a high performance culture, including coaching and mentoring to support learning and development initiatives;
  • Any other business development, project delivery and team management activities as required to support the efficient management of the team.

What You'll Bring

You'll have tertiary qualifications in either engineering, townplanning, transport planning, economics or other civil or socialinfrastructure specialisations is required. Additionally experiencein project and/or program management and business case within civilor social infrastructure projects is important.

You will bring with you:

  • Strong collaboration skills having worked across multi-disciplinary teams involved in the delivery of infrastructure planning studies, technical reports and/or business cases;
  • Technical planning capabilities in transport, urban/regional planning, economic development, and/or business case preparations;
  • Well-developed report writing, presentation and spread-sheeting skills;
  • Experience in managing or preparing program/project controls including budget, schedule, risk/issue, integration, quality, stakeholder management;
  • Effective engagement and stakeholder management skills in complex environments.
