Tilford Auto Group are a multi franchised dealership, and are proud to be family owned and operated.
We have an opportunity available for a Customer Service Administrator to join our team in Hobart.
This role will involve making appointments, providing information about specific service or repair needs & documenting vehicle concerns, estimating service / repair time and costs, invoicing, and general administration duties.
Previous experience in a similar role is essential - we are looking for someone with outstanding customer service skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
The successful candidate will also have the following skills and attributes:
- Manual driver's licence
- Great organisational skills
- Respectful and honest
- A high level of personal presentation and professionalism
- Integrity and a great work ethic with a can-do attitude
- Bright and friendly personality
- Self-starter with plenty of drive and energy
This role will be 38 hours per week + overtime. We have a friendly work environment and will pay above award rates for the right candidate.
